Hi I created a Facebook custom pixel tag to page views, now I am trying to add an event to this tag, I created a trigger for all click elements then specified the (contains) text for the click, now when I am trying to add this trigger in the facebook tag, I don't see my custom FB pixel as you did in 8:10, so rather I went to the tags option in the workplace and choose the FB tag and edited triggers, I added the custom click trigger I made but now it is showing ( page views "OR" click event). Is it the right way to do? I guess the tag will be firing on either page views OR someone click on my specified button, that is not correct? I want to segregate this data and send it to fb so i can target my customers in a better segmented way.

If we have more sites and we want to add google analytics to them, is it need to make different account for each eshop or we can connect one account for all, because the code with tags and triggers will be the same?

I watched your GTM series lessons 1-6 (very helpful, thank you) and I was able to get both Universal Analytics and GA4 working fine. The one thing the remains unclear to me is which one to focus on. This analytics and GTM stuff is all new for me (no history/legacy stuff) so does it makes sense to just delete the UA setup and just focus only on GA4?

no, at this point in time I'd stick with a parallel setup of UA + GA4

Hi, This video series has been really helpful in understanding and setting up GTM. I do have a question, I am trying to tag two specific actions. One is downloading a pdf from one URL and the other is downloading a pdf from another URL. I want to track them separately so I have a two factor approach as a click text of "download" would track these two events and many more. Thus for each tag I have also selected a click URL containing part of the URL (as it is really long). It works in preview mode for both tags, however only one of them actually works when I test it out "in real life". I have asked friends and family to download the pdf's (since they are in different locations, on different devices and even timezones) but still only one the events actually show up as working in GA. Do you have an idea for how I can fix this issue?

Any chance you know how/if it's possible to use GTM and an AMP container with the FB Pixel? I added it as a custom Image, the Facebook Pixel Helper extension says it's firing Page Views, but Facebook says it couldn't find a pixel when I try to set up a custom event.

Hi Julian, I have a quick question after watching one of your tut. I set up my ReactJS app with GTM and created/connected tag to a link click event - and it's capturing OK in my Google Analytics(GA) realtime. However, if we want to collect the click event related data what next step should i take? Looks like the data just disappears.

This video was very helpful. I have a question about the information being send to Facebook. In this video you showed us how to tag a lead event in a form on the web site. This event "lead" was then send to Facebook. Why would you send information that happend on your web site to Facebook?
