Madhav, Your GPA is not a problem at all, you can get into good colleges provided you have participation outside classroom, could be a paper, project, debate, music, sports anything to add on to your profile. Also, make sure to work on your application essays/SOPs along with LOR. You should get into a good school. My team and I work with lot of IITians for Masters and it all comes down to your application (mainly SOP and LORs). You should be good Madhav!!
