Another quick tip for the Brothas with sensitive skin if you smoke wait a little while after dermarolling to do so because with your skin open like that it’s very easy to irritate with airborne products like smoke.

I am going to be using the dermaroller on my head/scalp to promote hair growth in that region, not my beard. 1. Do you still recommend that I use a 0.5 mm needle, or would I be okay using a 1.0 mm needle? 2. How often should I be using the dermaroller on my head/scalp? I have heard once a week and once a month for 1.0 mm needle. 3. Do I need to sterilize the needles with alcohol before and after I use the dermaroller or just after? 4. Can I take a shower right after dermarolling or do I need to wait a specific amount of time before doing so? 5. Can I shampoo (I use regenepure) or should I avoid doing so the day that I dermaroll?

@@frenchmontana423 definitely works. I've had a lot of growth in areas that I didn't before, not 100% grown in yet but a lot better than it was before using a microneedler. I haven't been using a serum or anything just a moisturiser so I may have got better results with a beard oil or a hair growth serum but either way really happy with the results
