1:11 using a domino DF 500 Q borrowed from a friend, the window is not adjustable enough and I am still offset by a very noticeable amount, I’m so glad I didn’t pay for this tool because I would be so pissed if I spent that much money and couldn’t even zero it…

Did you attempt to align it by marking a line 37mm from the edge and butting it up with one of the edge stops and then attempt to move the plastic gauge? I’ve seen so many videos on the DF500 before I decided to purchase it that I wonder if you didn’t align it correctly.

@@HeadBroski I did not check it with that method, but after making my corrections, everything lined up perfectly from then on. It was consistently 3/32 of an inch off, so double that and that's what the error was. After I made that change it was smooth sailing. The plastic gauge didn't have any adjustment that went far enough, and it doesn't look like it's meant to be adjusted at all. After I made that comment I had other woodworkers tell me that they just flipped to the wider domino slot setting for one side to solve this issue, Think I've talked to about three different professionals and that's their fix.
