Very informative video sir. Id like to ask if there is a house for $200 available in same areas for family of 4? Thanks.

I get it… Every area is going to have pros and cons to it. What’s one of your favorite areas around Houston?

Been in Pearland for about 7 years now. It’s not a great community. Sure it’s a relatively quiet place for a family but the people are not great. Diversity seems to have some negative effects imo. People are not nice and it’s relatively low class for a highly rated suburb with “good schools”. It is tremendously overrated in most facets. It might as well be a slight step up from south Houston areas…the people certainly feel like they are right out of the rough areas of south Houston. Of course this isn’t everyone but many. I have lived in many different states and overall, the people in Houston and surrounding areas are miserable and lifeless. Stressed overworked and always on edge. The few nice people you see don’t like to connect with others so there really is no community feel and no way to build friendships face to face. I have two kids in the school system here and I don’t believe the school ratings are an accurate reflection of the actual conditions. So much wrong with Pearland; it really seems they are trying to maintain facade.
