Damn, I tried a lot of Handstand Warmups and this is 100% the best of all of those. The integrated shoulder Mobility and Activation feels super good. I'm sure this is going to improve my form a lot over time!

Any advice for a guy can somehow chest to wall 90 seconds plus with only toes touching wall and pirouette bail out at last second with no fear. but can’t back to wall kick up for my life any tips
