Dr Imtiaz Hussain is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. After graduating from Nishtar Medical University, Pakistan, he visited Australia for Australian Medical Council exam. He completed his FCPS degree which is the highest degree in Pakistan in the field of General Surgery. During his postgraduate residency program, he had also trained himself in the field of Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery.
Since 2012, he, as a volunteer, is working as an instructor for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Program in Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, Pakistan. In this course, he is the Master Trainer and teaches CPR and other lifesaving techniques to Doctors , Medical Students, N

Latrine mein thoda thoda blood anay ke kai possible reasons ho sakte hain. Yeh mild se le kar serious conditions tak ho sakti hain. Kuch common causes yeh hain: ### Common Causes of Blood in Stool: 1. **Anal Fissures:** Yeh chhote cuts ya tears hote hain jo anus ke andar ya ird gird hotay hain. Yeh constipation ya hard stools ki wajah se ho sakte hain aur usually fresh red blood cause karte hain. 2. **Hemorrhoids:** Bawasir ya piles, anus ya rectum mein swollen blood vessels hain jo bleeding ka sabab ban sakte hain, khaaskar bowel movements ke doran. 3. **Diverticulosis:** Intestines mein chhote pouches (diverticula) ban jaati hain jo bleeding kar sakti hain. 4. **Gastrointestinal (GI) Infections:** Infections jo intestines ko affect karte hain, wo bleeding ka sabab ban sakti hain. 5. **Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD):** Crohn's disease aur ulcerative colitis jaisi conditions jo chronic inflammation aur bleeding cause kar sakti hain. 6. **Polyps or Colon Cancer:** Large intestine mein polyps ya cancerous growths bleeding ka sabab ban sakti hain. 7. **Peptic Ulcers:** Stomach ya duodenum ke ulcers bhi kabhi kabhi bleeding ka sabab ban sakte hain. ### Immediate Steps to Take: 1. **Observation:** Apne bowel movements ko monitor karein aur blood ki quantity aur frequency note karein. 2. **Dietary Changes:** High-fiber diet aur paani ka intake badhayein taake stools soft rahain aur straining kam ho. 3. **Avoid Straining:** Bowel movements ke doran straining se bachein. ### When to See a Doctor: - **Persistent Bleeding:** Agar bleeding barabar ho rahi hai ya zyada ho rahi hai. - **Severe Pain:** Agar bohot zyada pain ya discomfort ho raha hai. - **Changes in Stool:** Agar stool color change ho raha hai, jaise ke black, tarry stools. - **Other Symptoms:** Agar fever, weight loss, ya weakness ke sath bleeding ho rahi hai. Bawaseer (hemorrhoids) ke ibtidaai lakshan (initial symptoms) mein yeh shamil ho sakte hain: 1. **Rectal Bleeding:** Toilet paper ya stool par khoon ka aana. Yeh khoon aam tor par bright red hota hai. 2. **Discomfort or Pain:** Maqad (anus) ke aas paas dard ya takleef. 3. **Itching or Irritation:** Maqad ke area mein kharish ya irritation. 4. **Swelling:** Maqad ke paas swelling ya lumps mehsoos hona. 5. **Mucus Discharge:** Kabhi kabhi maqad se mucus discharge bhi ho sakta hai. 6. **Lump Near Anus:** Maqad ke paas ek lump mehsoos hona jo andar ya bahar ho sakta hai. Agar aapko yeh lakshan mehsoos ho rahe hain to behtar hoga ke aap kisi doctor se mashwara karein.

Internal hemorrhoids ko shuru mein hi manage karne ke liye kuch tareeqe hain jo aap apna sakte hain: 1. **Dietary Changes:** - **High-Fiber Diet:** Phalon, sabzion, whole grains aur legumes ka istimaal barhayein taake stool naram rahein aur bawaseer mein zor lagane ki zaroorat na pade. - **Hydration:** Din bhar mein ziyada paani peeyein taake stool naram rahein aur qabz na ho. - **Fiber Supplements:** Psyllium husk (ispaghula) jaise fiber supplements ka istemal karein. 2. **Proper Bowel Habits:** - **Avoid Straining:** Bawaseer ke waqt zor na lagayein. Zyada zor lagane se bawaseer barh sakti hai. - **Regular Bowel Movements:** Aik regular bowel routine banayein taake qabz aur zor lagane se bacha ja sake. 3. **Topical Treatments:** - **Hemorrhoid Creams or Ointments:** Over-the-counter creams ya ointments ka istemal karein jo hydrocortisone ya witch hazel contain karti hoon taake inflammation aur discomfort kam ho. - **Suppositories:** Yeh dawa seedha affected area par deliver karti hain aur rahat faraham karti hain. 4. **Warm Sitz Baths:** - 15-20 minute tak garam paani ke bath mein baithain, din mein chand martaba, khas tor par bowel movement ke baad.
