TNA iMPACT Figures were Marvel Toy Biz second foray into the pro wrestling figure market. Things were going well for Marvel Toys, who recently changed their name from Toy Biz when -- Hasbro and Marvel announced that they would be going forward with a new relationship, ending Marvel's contract with Marvel Toys one year early! Did TNA figures survive? Did Marvel Toys survive? I store all of my Toybiz WCW figures in the same bin as all my Marvel Toybiz TNA figures. They all go really well together. Makes me wanna bust out the ol' ring and play lol

out of these I remember having: Jeff Jarrett (his guitar broke and I couldn't get it back together...so I superglued it. Bad idea.) AJ Styles (blue gear w/ blue/black coat) Chris Sabin (white gear) Monty Brown (red gear, IIRC came with a table which I lost pieces to?) Kevin Nash (INCREDIBLE FIGURE! Used it for years before finally getting a Diesel in his latest released elite) Rhino (one of my fave figures of all time, better than any WWE one put out) Samoa Joe (Brown gear, better than nearly any WWE released version of him) Elix Skipper (TRU exclusive, amazing mobility on him) Jay Lethal (brown variant, wish I had the other one tho as the brown gear looks awful IMO) Sonjay Dutt (good figure but I never really found a proper usage for him.) Konnan/BG James tag pack (these figures SUCKED for mobility. Bought at an indie show in 2011 and one of their arms broke instantly. I feel I got ripped off with those two) I really wish I could get some of the others tho like Petey Williams, Alex Shelley, Matt Bentley, etc. I just want all the ones that only ever had one figure!

I have the three rings shown here. I went to see Lockdown 2013 live and got the box signed by TNA Talent. I have a good collection of TNA figures as well as WWF and WCW. Great video!!

I never watched tna back then, but I remember owning raven series 1 and monty brown series 3. I had more wwe action figures than any other wrestling brand. I remember I had the standard spring wwe ring as well. Great time in wrestling. Even though it wasn't the attitude era.

I owned a few of these. I had blue tights Christian with the ring, Jeff Hardy (the first Jeff and the one that came with Abyss), the Samoa Joe and AJ Styles two pack, Billy Gu- I mean Kip James, D-Von Dudley, Abyss, and Kevin Nash. Sadly, some of them broke, and I had to glue parts back together, but hey, as a kid, I loved these. Always wanted that green armbands variant of Jeff Hardy.

Thank you for this review. For some reason I missed out on these figures. I don't even remember even seeing them in stores/Toys R Us. Kinda sucks because this line looks damn good. I especially like the Abyss figure. One gripe is HOW MANY AJ Styles did they need? Yeesh. R.Killings too. Even though, they had a few too many of a couple guys, they really did have a decent line-up.

Marvel Toys didn't pay their tooling bills. That's what sunk them. I use to work for them and have that shirtless Sting. I didn't know it was unreleased. Time for some $$$. Great detective work on the video.

I just found the Best of Series 2 Raven around the 2:41 mark on eBay and just noticed the packaging still says "& straight jacket" even tho this variant includes a tna shirt instead.

It still bugs me that the BFG 2006 Sting figure was never released. Same with that Kurt Angle. Maybe Jazwares can release their version of that Sting to right that wrong someday soon.

Man! TNA was red hot in 2008-2011. Just imagine the action figures that Marvel Toyz could've produced; the Main Event Mafia pack. Jakks Pacific action figures were cool and meh! I was over with them by 2008 after the figure would come apart.
