Was so hoping to see a woman on the team--with her attention to a modern kitchen that would make a separate cupboard ( believe it or not these were the choice 1900) and an island todo away with the wall and under counter cabinets. Sso much work to recreate a dated kitchen!

Came out soo good. Quick Question: Did you install the new siding on top of the old siding and why? lead paint? Thanks for responding!
@JewswithScrews2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! No lead paint thankfully. And no we took the old aluminum siding off and replaced it with vinyl siding

How much do you make on this or average flip
@JewswithScrews2 жыл бұрын
This one is kind of unique because Mike ended up continuing to live here after finishing the renovation (he's still living there). If he decided to sell it at the end he probably could have made $80-100k before taxes. If you're interested on the numbers we did a financial breakdown for this house in this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hmiwfGeql6pqoNk

Do you know who else was a Jewish carpenter? He was from the Middle East and lots of people thought he was special. Shlomo Michnik! He redid my uncle's timeshare. But then he got all big-headed and raised his prices. Then, not so special.

Another gray house...how imaginative. Did you come up with that yourself or did you have help? Shiplap and barn door, so Retro. Was 2010 that remarkable? No interior insulation for soundproofing. Hopefully your guests won't have a problem listening to someone piss in the next room. Be that as it may, great job you guys! Nice self rehab.
