It was BARELY 180 degrees. They were agreeing with each other on around 80% of matters. Apart from some technicalities, as a whole they were pretty much united. Both only varied in perspective on SOME points. And none of the points were AGAINST islam. Both were completely agreeing on shariyah matters. However since everyone has the right to present their narrative, both of them did and had differences in some places..

Look at his arguments they are nowhere close to the Quraan and Sunnah. All his arguments were based upon emotions and were irrelevant and irrational. There's no place for these opinions in Quraan and the Sunnah. His opinion on the Implementation of Islamic Law on the citizens is so absurd and irrational. Things like Beard, Hijab and other personal things don't have anything to do with the State or Islamic Law. 2. Expansion of an Islamic State : Again Dr. Sb confuses the era of the Prophet SAW with today's era. Those verses were only limited to the people of that time and have nothing to do with the modern world. On one side Dr. Sb is cursing the US for their involvement in countries like Iraq, Syrian and Afghanistan but on the other hand he wants an Islamic State to do the same and expand its borders. 3. Treating non- Muslims as the 2nd Grade Citizens : Here also his arguments were totally emotional with no evidence from the Quraan and the Sunnah. This very well talks about his radical mindset which is the most important problem Muslims of today are facing.

@@abdulmoizrashid158it doesn't need any reference to say that those verses were ment for the people who lived at the time of the Prophet SAW. Not everything is mentioned in the Quraan and the Sunnah. Understanding is what actually matters. It says kill all the disbelievers whereever you find them. Does that apply to today's world ? If yes, then you must kill any disbeliever whenever you meet one. The Quraan clearly indicates that those verses were meant for only those people. As far as the reference is concerned, Understanding the verses doesn't need any references. While unfolding the verses the reality comes into the picture and truth prevails hence such things don't need any references.

Dr Israr sahib is beyond any expediency. He doesn't know hypocrisy. He explains Islam as it is in the light of Quran and Suunah. Whereas Ghamdi sahib tries to please both people and Allah hence he lets his opinion surpass divine teachings. He suits the people who are escapist and want to please both their baser self and Allah.

Dr. Israr Ahmed Saheb ko Allah Jannah ata kare. In this discussion, on the role of the state, Ghamidi Sb. mentions that the state can impose on its citizens only on matters related to Tawheed, Salah and Zakat. According, to Israr Sb. the state can impose instructions on other matters also and may even order killing of those who do not adhere to the ruling. We all know, that our prophet Muhammed (SAW), establshed the first Islamic state in Medina after which several wars were fought. We also know, several hypocrites refused to go to war with our prophet. Whether these people were ordered to be killed (beheaded) by our prophet, on their refusal to participate in the war? The Quran doesn't say so. To me the argument of Ghamidi Sb. seems to be correct.

Screen explained ... I've watched this whole debate ... I suggest that you come out of your Ghamdi worship ... Many a times ghamdi sb was forced to concede his argument by dr. Israr ... I am not some deaf listener and I respect Mr. Ghamdi. (For example his stance on concept of Mehdi in Islam is quite convincing while on return of Jesus his Teacher Mr. Amin Ahsan islahi makes far more sense than him similarly I don't agree with dr. Israr's stance on certain issues) but here in this debate its quite evident to any neutral listener that Mr. Ghamdi was completely outscored by Dr. Israr. Mr. Ghamdi was not presenting arguments from Quran rather he is trying to restrict quranic argument only to times of Prophet a.s. while Dr. Israr explained that how quran is for all times and all generations.

Ghamidi sahab was coherent, eloquent and have logical while Dr. Israr sahab was expressive of his views but also just iterating what has already been in circulation of clerics, for example Dr Sahab was never able to contend when asked that Quaid's teachings in cabinet as well as UN's signed chartered his argument started shaking.

Dr. Israr clearly debunked Mr. Ghamdi's inaccurate claim about Quide's teachings and also that UN and its charter and current international political system is pretty much very recent in terms of historical context. suppose if tomorrow another world order succeeds current one then would you declare that one also to be successor of islam as well just because Mr. Ghamdi or another idol of yours would not want to offend proponents of that world order! ... Dr. Israr's insistence on the order established Prophet a.s. and the rightly guides Caliphs of Islam was way more logical and convincing ... even at one stage When Ghamdi sahab simply reiterated what dr. sahab was saying from the beginning ... Dr. israr said to the host k " YE AB AYE.N HAIN IDHAR" ... anyways instead of pasting the same comment as reply everywhere just read the comments of people under the post.... Clearly overwhelming Majority is convinced by Dr. Israr sahab's arguments.

no disrespect for Javed Ghamdi SB The point where he said that at the time of expansion, the requirement of jiziya and they being 2nd degree citizens if they do not accept islam was because of the the tauheed being common between Muslims and people of book. That is the reason they were given this relaxation in state of war and all the others religions followers were killed. so expansion and jihad (which Ghamdi sb quoted as Kital) was at that time that this was the punishment of Allah at that time for the people just like the punishment for the people who did not follow the previous prophets. So after the Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W) the punishment is over and the idea of expansion of a Muslim state is not valid for the current time. But at the time of Rashidun Caliphate, The requirement of jizya was still given to the people despite they being people of the book or people of other religions. For example the the worshipers of fire were not killed and they were asked to pay jiziya , Accept islam or a battle to decide. So it clears that the expansion was not just a punishment but a role that every Muslim state will need to play if it is a Muslim state. Expansion and punishments are two different things. If the expansion was a punishment form Allah, the people of book would have been asked to pay jiziya and the rest of the people would have been killed if they did not accept islam and would not have been given the option of jiziya. So the expansion is different from "kital" which was ordered by Allah in Surah Tobah.

Most importantly Parda for women , outside home should be implemented, so that our upcoming girls wouldn't see women without parda outside so they don't follow them ...
