It was BARELY 180 degrees. They were agreeing with each other on around 80% of matters. Apart from some technicalities, as a whole they were pretty much united. Both only varied in perspective on SOME points. And none of the points were AGAINST islam. Both were completely agreeing on shariyah matters. However since everyone has the right to present their narrative, both of them did and had differences in some places..

Look at his arguments they are nowhere close to the Quraan and Sunnah. All his arguments were based upon emotions and were irrelevant and irrational. There's no place for these opinions in Quraan and the Sunnah. His opinion on the Implementation of Islamic Law on the citizens is so absurd and irrational. Things like Beard, Hijab and other personal things don't have anything to do with the State or Islamic Law. 2. Expansion of an Islamic State : Again Dr. Sb confuses the era of the Prophet SAW with today's era. Those verses were only limited to the people of that time and have nothing to do with the modern world. On one side Dr. Sb is cursing the US for their involvement in countries like Iraq, Syrian and Afghanistan but on the other hand he wants an Islamic State to do the same and expand its borders. 3. Treating non- Muslims as the 2nd Grade Citizens : Here also his arguments were totally emotional with no evidence from the Quraan and the Sunnah. This very well talks about his radical mindset which is the most important problem Muslims of today are facing.

Dr. Israr Ahmed Saheb ko Allah Jannah ata kare. In this discussion, on the role of the state, Ghamidi Sb. mentions that the state can impose on its citizens only on matters related to Tawheed, Salah and Zakat. According, to Israr Sb. the state can impose instructions on other matters also and may even order killing of those who do not adhere to the ruling. We all know, that our prophet Muhammed (SAW), establshed the first Islamic state in Medina after which several wars were fought. We also know, several hypocrites refused to go to war with our prophet. Whether these people were ordered to be killed (beheaded) by our prophet, on their refusal to participate in the war? The Quran doesn't say so. To me the argument of Ghamidi Sb. seems to be correct.
