The best time to visit Kerala during the monsoon is generally either from June to early july or September month to avoid very heavy rainfall. As for the cost of central Kerala during this time, it is usually cheaper than other months, you can easily do the trip under 30k but it will vary depending on accommodation and activities too.🌴❤️
