Cool collection! Seeing the twilight zone box set reminds me of a funny story. I watch that show as a kid before we got a color tv . I remember getting our first color set and being so excited to see the show in color. Imagine a kid’s disappointment when it’s not in color . Still one of my favorite tv shows ever. Great collection Dean thanks for the tour !

The sticker glue problem- Tin of liquid lighter fuel will clean up just about any label adhesive, also if you get grease on any paper from bible paper to documents apply liberally and repeatedly and it will evaporate and remove grease.

Great collection! My husband put up some really similar shelves for me in our bedroom last week. His only request was that I do not *completely* fill them with DVDs and books 😆 so now I'm looking for some little decorative items to add!

i really like your collection! since i'm a very basic collector, who doesn't even own a 4k tv i appreciate people not being "over the top" with their oh so precious 4k steelbook fancy editions 🤣 for me it's blu-ray all the way. i get the special features i want... that's all i need. plus i'll obviously keep the dvds that started my collection back in my teens. there is just a lot of charme to my old school rocky dvd collection. i quite enjoy not being able to count the pores on rocky's face! 😉

Oh thanks! Keep those dvds. I have so many that we foolishly decided to ditch the cases and put in a binder. So dumb, wish I had those nostalgic cases now!!!

I get my movies at swapmeets...book Off or Thrift stores and I have a LOT...a rare occasion I'll by brand new I dont understand the mentality of $30 + for a movie..

In a similar ball park. There are a few movies that are just worth it on 4K (like Saving Private Ryan or Oppenheimer). But a majority of my collection is Blu Ray

About halfway through the video and pausing to comment. Not sure of the differences between Amazon and Amazon Canada but right now there's "buy 3 for the price of two" on lots of Blu-ray, DVD and books. I looked up war for the planet of the apes and it's Blu-ray is part of that deal! Just wanted to let you know before I finished your vid and forgot 😄

Yeah I watched it right after it aired. Love the series, not as much of a fan as the movie.
