Just a quick tip on your squat form: try to go slower (control the movement) and make sure you go low (lower than a 90 degree angle). Hugs from another gym girl

No problem! Would also recommend starting out with just the bar to work on form, and once you got that you can move up the weight ❤️

hey, i really enjoy all of your videos and your positivity that you bring. I'm just asking whether you could possibly think about buying less non-seasonal fruit/buying imported fruit. Eating kiwis in winter or melon or strawberries that have been imported from halfway across the world is really bad for the environment and contributes to ecological destruction in the Global South. I know you stopped being vegan/veggie a while ago but trying to reduce the amount of imported goods you buy is a good way of being greener. Fanks
