nah on 17:23 you explained it wrong, the bigger number is actually the boost you would get if all 3 passives are activated, and the smaller number is the boost that you actually get. So basically you are only getting 591 points because 2 of the 3 passives dont work on that character. The top and bottom ones only work on zoan type characters and the middle one only on logia. If there is a red text infront it means that the passive is conditional. And if the passive is grayed out and has that strawhat mark you see there it doesnt work on this character.

i think those guys have their all of the Ships maxed out,maxing out ships gives you huuuge battle power,cuz otherwise it doesnt make sense bruh,like the whales in my server have purple cards,not even gold cards and they got 200k,250k battle powers on their 3 stars unit

It is the ships. The ships, the artifacts and the more characters you have the more your overall power increases. I’m lvl 105 and my power is 7 mil mainly because of the boats.
