they will teach you java side by side, I have also studied c++ before and currently pursuing these courses although I can easily understand java code (I have never learned java before formally) but there are many libraries, functions with different parameter settings but you can memorise it and carry on with the course, no need to go into depth and understand the working of each function you just have to know it's use, what parameter it takes and what it returns.

Bhaiyya is it possible to start coding from last year and be good at it after 1 year of preparation. I wasn't aware about it. But now I really want to learn coding and apply for off campus placement. And if possible plzz make a roadmap video for preparing for off campus placements in 1 year .Plzz reply bhaiyya so that I can decide whether to learn coding or to get admission in M. Tech and hence prepare for GATE as I come from non cs background (but I really want to learn it)

Better late than never!!!! One should have the zeal to learn... You can start to learn any programming language.. But learn it thorough from basics... Now trending is the big data analysis.. But I strongly recommend to opt either c or java... Once you are perfect in these you can master anything...
