First of all, AWD Graders should be madatory on all snow removal plus this Operator does not know how to blade for this type of conditions !

Grader pilot really is not very good, is he? Awful, actually. Nice machine though.

I don't think that he is not good .. It was just that the bottom of the street he is cleaning this time is frozen and it is hard for the grader to push the snow. I even said that I think... his job is the worst because of that, and so I do respect and appreciate him (including the rest of the snow removal team of course).
