If I may ask you a question: What does one need to do to take an off-grid inverter like the EG4 6000XP but you want to tie it to the grid? FYI I live in North California. What goes in the middle between the panel and the inverter to protect the electrical service providers from having power fed back to the grid when they don't want it for safety. (Like when the grid goes down and they need to fix things). BTW I plan to sign-up for your Udemy course as I think you will provide some great education.
