I have fallen in love with Tarot! This course has been amazing already and I'm only 2 videos in ha ha!. The energy and connection and the ease I feel as I do the readings is electric! I feel so confident so thank you. My tarot deck feels like my friend, like an energy I am friends with it's hard to explain. I just wanna share my experience doing this movie method as a beginner because it freaked me out. I was doing the activity where you lay out ten cards in response to the general question "My boyfriend and I broke up. Will we get back together?" as if doing a reading for someone else. Now, I did this with what I consider my personal deck and I ended up with a movie that is basically my current love story, starting with my most recent ex and ending with my future with my husband, whom I started dating shortly after my ex and I split. It freaked me out with how so spot on it was, down to the reasons for the break up and the way my husband and I got together. This is my first night reading cards and I am loving your method. I just wanted to share this aha moment ^.^

She has bad things going on but remains strong. Is enlightened and ventures off on her own with confidence. She lost a lot via the relationship but has family that fill her with joy. He returns contrite and things appear fulfilled & resplendent only to realized that upon reflection she is lonely, trapped and in a bind. No don't get back together she is stronger and better off on her own.

My card spread: 1. The Lovers 2. The Hierophant 3. The Four of Cups 4. The Two of Swords. 5. Death This reads as a drama. What I am interpreting is the querent falling in love, with the Hierophant showing they have a traditional relationship and do what is expected and get married, only to have depression or unsatisfaction come in with the four of cups.....or perhaps an unrequited longing for something or someone else. Then comes the climax of a difficult choice. The having to make said choice in the first place is not easy. Having the death card at the end, does mean a death in a relationship but from death they will rise up, renewed and enlightened.

This is exactly the kind of training I need. I have read so many books that just make it more confusing. I even enrolled in a tarot course online done by a Karla K. And she just read meanings/keywords from the book. There where no classes linking cards together etc.. You, and the women from Truly Teach Me Tarot offer the training that is needed. She is more serious where you are more down to earth with the way you communicate. Do you offer one on one classes/course? It would be worth the investment. !! I would be willing to pay for one on one training but it would depend where you are located but then again it could be all done by video call.

Hi there, I'm enjoying this method, but I'm concerned about discarding cards that simply don't "fit" with the method. If you get two courts back to back, could you take the 2 "Dudes on Thrones" and have EACH perform an action, or draw one card to show how they are interacting? Would that work better than pulling cards, and throwing people away maybe?

I am guilty of only doing one spread mainly unless I need more information and only being comfortable reading one of my many decks. I just feel a stronger connection to it and feel it gives the most accurate readings for myself.

My draw from the Tarot Illuminati: Princess of Pentacles, King of Swords, Lovers, Fool, 3 of Swords The Princess meets the mature, powerful King and thinks she’s getting into a lasting, loving relationship, but her immaturity leads her to heartbreak when he uses and discards her. I then put an additional card on both “dudes on thrones”: 3 of Wands on the Princess and 5 of Swords on the King. Looks like the Princess was waiting for someone or something to come her way (the King) while the King was looking for another love conquest (the Princess). This draw worked really well as a story.

The court cards are always dealth with keeping a card in 45degress to it..and major arcana have stronger energies.They deal with the subconscious..rather than the conscious aspects..if that makes sense..

Squint: No, probably not, not looking good , you're better off on your own Type of Movie: Tragedy 1) 4 of Cups: you were alone, and sort of depressed before you met your ex, maybe you had been on a long dry spell, but you were lonely 2) 2 of Swords: you were reaching a decision point, maybe you're working on some sort of deadline (actual or imagined, maybe you felt like your biological clock was ticking, maybe you were under some pressure from family to settle down?) and you felt at odds with yourself 3) Knight of Wands/The Lovers: your ex came in like a bolt out of the blue, completely unexpected 4) The Hanged Man: they turned your world upside down, they flipped everything you knew on its head, every expectation of what you thought you wanted or needed out of a relationship 5) The Hermit: they're sort of lone wolf type, maybe on some sort of journey of their own, maybe they felt like the light at the end of a tunnel, maybe you felt like this was the one you were ready to settle down with long term 6) 7 of Swords: but they lived dangerously, or were constantly taking risks, they felt exciting and maybe stirred up a lot of routine for you, maybe they were sort of mysterious and ambiguous with what they did, they were sneaking around, but you couldn't pin them down 7) 9 of Cups: overall, it seemed like this was a stable relationship, prosperous, you had everything you wanted, they put you on a pedestal, it seemed great CLIMAX 8) King of Wands/3 of Coins: there was a third person, maybe they were cheating, maybe it was an overly controlling relative (mom/dad), you were working hard on your relationship and they always seemed to be looking somewhere else for advice 9) 8 of Cups: you are striking out on your own, you put your affairs in order and you shouldn't look back, what's done is done, you've gotten all you can out of that relationship 10) 3 of Swords: your heart has been broken, and it hurts Bonus 11) 3 of Wands: You're ready to make your way on your own. you've got a firm grasp of what you want to do, and that relationship is better left in the past so you can move on to bigger and better things

Books and different youtubers say it could take years to learn to read tarot but I beg to differ after seeing this video. However, I did kind of freak out at first when I first saw all of the cards but then it got interesting in a good way. Let me ask you something? With this style of learning and being a beginner When would you say would it be ok to start giving readings for fun at first? Just to test the waters and accuracy so to speak
