The moc with a whale and a bowl of flower (it's petunias, by the way) is a reference to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. I strongly recomend to read the books, such an unusual story.

It's the whale and a pot of petunias randomly coming into existence and falling from the sky, the whale has all of these existential questions while the pot of petunias simply says "not again"
