I guess yes , I heard that it’s easier to get dorm here than in other universities. If not, it’s not a problem because you can find a private room easily for same price

No, it’s not true, there are part time job opportunities (especially odd jobs). Getting a part time in your field is difficult in whole of Germany. As you will have German language skills and then more opportunities in your field.
