Since, I do not smoke and I am a pure vegetarian, hence, I am searching a budget friendly single person room where I can stay alone and make my food on my own. Secondly, I heard that Latvia's weather is very harsh in winter as there is heavy snowfall in January and February, so could you please guide me what type of shoes should I carry with me...
