Oh rip! I should have mentioned that. You can get all the Dracula gear recipes except for the chest from the bosses before you fight Dracula. You get the chest recipe once you kill Dracula. Sorry about that! Thanks for watching!

This is very difficult to follow. What's being explained doesn't match what's happening in the fight at the time. How are you meant to understand how to react when Dracula and the player are both performing some other action? The gear/spells bit is helpful because what we see matches what we hear.

Nice, i have killed Dracula on Brutal and he is no joke, possibly one of if not The hardest boss of any game i have played during my 30 years of gaming. :) Any weapon combo works, it all comes down to knowing at what times we can attack and when we need to focus on defense and that takes time to master. :P My Weapon of choice was The Great Sword and Bow, spells i used in phase 1 and phase 2 was Blood Rage with a jewel that remove negative effects for if i get hit and get afflicted with "Vampiric Curse" and i also used Ward of the Damned with a jewel that give me x healing based on spell power on successful blocks. Ultimate's don't matter much imo so can take whatever, have success with pretty much all ultimate's on Brutal.

Dracula going his armour in phase 2. I wonder if that is at all inspires by The Count boss fight in Medievil 2?

@BDLG. it's a good game and a good boss. The count is invincible to physical attacks so you have to knock his armour off and use the mirrors to redirect sunlight at him.

IDK if they changed it, but my blood type is removed after every fight.

Tried him yesterday without having that issue. I do know though that he sucks your blood during his grab and when you run out of blood now in 1.0 it seems to change your blood type to the one without buffs and gives you like 1 liter of blood so you have time to go feed on something again so could be that he's drained you that much. Killing the bats drops small blood orbs that give you back some blood so make sure you collect those if you get grabbed often. Or maybe it was a bug that has been fixed.

If you get caught by the big red circle creeping inwards at the same time as there's a lot blood of balls spiraling outwards you will loose half your blood pool in 1 go. It's easy to tell if you got caught because you can't control your character while he's holding you and at the end of it all he throws you away a bit. If that ain't it, you probably have some Unsullied Hearts or Rats on your action bar that overrides your Bloodtype by mistake when you fat finger keyboard.

Dracula is an annoying boss... and its mostly because in PvP I can never get the weapons im used to face him with which are the crossbow for the AoE and distance as well as the guns for the second phase with 2 shields, the condemn shield and the ice shield
