5 grand for 300$ worth of materials and some man power. 🤣 was thinking I didn’t want to do the work myself but no doubt after checking out their bed systems I will just go buy the play wood and do it myself.

@@Serg_supply I build high rises, schools, and hospitals for a living. Don’t need luck. You on the other hand are selling a couple pieces of plywood charging 1/6 the price of a brand new sprinter. 🤣 makes absolutely no sense.

What is the actual weight difference between building with this HexPly vs regular Baltic Birch in this 4 piece configuration?

Minimal. The Hex ply is slightly heavier due to the exterior coating. Sub 50lbs total for the entire setup.

What is a lighter weight , sturdier material than plywood?

Aluminum would be the closest candidate for that.

@@Serg_supply I’ve got a slide out bed, the foam is on plywood, it would be easier to slide it out if it didn’t weigh so much, looking for alternative to the heavy plywood
