Now you can make your favorite custard at home!
Milk 250ml
1 whole egg (If you like rich, replace it with 3 egg yolks!)
40g of sugar (adjust with 30-60g)
20g of cake flour (adjust with 18-25g)
If you want to make rich custard cream, add 20g of butter. Add vanilla oil (essence) if you like!
