Nice! It only took one year for me to collect my Wii U set. There is a retro store I go to where they have some games that are only $5 can't argue with that! I have the full 170 games. The two PAL games I have in the set were the last ones (169 and 170). On the other hand my Sega CD took 25 years to complete the set. Now THAT was a tough set for sure! :)

Nice! I finished my collection a few years ago - well, except for the panic attacks that were induced when Axiom Verge and then Shakedown Hawaii came out, lol. Anyway, If you want to get variants, there are 6 Nintendo Selects titles, and there is a variant of Pokken Tournament that didn’t include the amiibo card... But hey, as far as the actual games go, I’m pretty sure you got ‘em all! Either that, or we’re BOTH missing something, haha! Anyway, welcome to the club! I will just end by saying that it’s too bad this console was as poorly received as it was - it is much better than history will probably give it credit for.

i’m so glad i own wii sports club, i remember how bad i wanted it back in the day and then i finally got it, so many memories :) and now the game is like the second most expensive wii u game from a 2nd hand store :)

Excellent! I was able to complete the set in one year. In my video I said that there were 168 games , which is true. Later on I forgot about the two PAL games for Shmups and Finding Teddy 2. They may or may not belong in the collection but I'm keeping them in anyways. :)

Axiom Verge was a tough one to get. Lucklly I have a retro game store 15 mins from my house. That helped a lot! :)

I have considered getting a full Wii U collection myself but decided not to since I don't want to have a whole bunch of shovelware taking up space on my shelf that will remain unplayed for years to come. As the for the library itself its decent but given the sporadic releases through its 4 year life cycle its not surprising that it flopped.

I didn't bother with the Wii U games much at first. However, I do have a regular gaming store that is 15 mins away from where I live. It took only one year to complete the whole set. Some games were only $5 or $10. I now have a full Wii U set and it was really easy!

@@erikinexile4444 Just recently I picked up some games for the Wii U for a $1 each at EB Games as I suspect that they are trying to get rid of their inventory. So now I have Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, Star Fox Zero among a few other games for less than the price of a Super Bros Ultimate DLC fighter.

Technically I haven't finished any of the games! :) I did play portions of them though. I played all 10 of the LEGO games, Most Wanted U, Hyrule Warriors, Mario Kart 8, Mario Tennis, The Walking Dead, Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Ninja Gaiden 3, Devil's Third, and Call Of Duty BLOPS 2. Generally when I put up a video it's somewhere around 10 minutes on average. I'm nod doing any deep dive stuff, I just try to put out some quick info about the game and move on to the next one. I am lucky that I have a retro gaming store 15 mins from my house. It took me 1 year to complete the Wii U set. A lot of the games were $5. The worst games were 30 Great Games, Game Party Champions, Hot Wheels Worlds Best Driver, Both Monster High Games, and The Croods. The leftovers from that would be all of the Just Dance games. :(

A lot of great games…and also some not so great, along with some shovelware. I just got a Wii U, but decided to only get the games that are either 1. exclusive to the Wii U or 2. play better on the Wii U than on other consoles.

@@erikinexile4444 I have Devil's Third digitally, b/c it's only $30 on the NA eShop. I haven't made it far, but it's good fun, definitely a B movie kind of game that didn't deserve to be reviewed so harshly. It's kind of a mashup of Duke Nukem and Ninja Gaiden.

Excellent! I live in Mass. but I frequently go to a game store in New Hampshire (no tax!). They always have a selection of Wii U games there. I always try to pick up games from them. I've gotten games for $5 to $30. I wasn't looking to get a complete Wii U set but I was always picking up a couple games every other week. On a side note, the other complete collection I have is the Sega CD. Now THAT took me a long time to complete! :) I finished it over a 25 year span! I think I posted that video 3 months ago you can check it out. Definitely not for the faint of heart!

It wasn't too expensive. I estimate somewhere in the $4K realm. Luckily there is a retro gaming store 15 mins from my house. I mostly spent $5 to $25 so I could keep the cost down. It took just one year to complete the North American set. My main collection is Sega CD, which took me 20+ years to complete. It's currently somewhere around $6K - $8K.
