Hey Sam, I purchased this course, up to the Live Chat App and really enjoying it, thanks. Some quick questions, 1. Do you have a video on using the Serverless Framework with RDS? 2. Do you have a video on using SQS or similar for triggering lambda functions from another lambda function? Many thanks.

Unfortunately I don't have videos on either of those. For SQS you can set it up as you would any other lambda event trigger. The serverless docs are really good for explaining that www.serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/events/sqs

Sounds like this will be a very helpful course. I have a of question.. In the event driven E-Commerce App, will the dynamodb stream trigger Eventbridge directly? I thought there had to be a lambda between the two. So dynamo stream triggers lambda and then lambda writes to eventbridge. I haven't found anything in the docs for dynamo streams to push data directly to eventbridge without lambda. Can you point me to it please? Also, there's no link to the free pdf, will this be available later please? Thanks for all the tutorials btw, they are very helpful.

Yes, we'll have to use a "Dynamo Stream Processor" lambda to turn dynamo streams into event bridge messages. I left it out so to not complicate the diagrams Forgot to add the link. Here it is completecoding.mykajabi.com/7-practical-project-pdf

I'm still in the process of recording the last chapter. They use the serverless v3 (released earlier this year) and AWS SDK v3 (released Nov 2020) so they should be up to date for a very long time

I've kept it up to date since release. The only change would be switching to node 20, but that won't affect any of the code. It uses Serverless Framework 3 and SDK V3 which are both the latest versions.
