Dearest Kate, just as everyone is stating no need to apologize, etc. Grief is not linear, it comes in waves, nor is it a race to feel "right/normal" again. Though it feels like nothing is "normal" right now. Someday it will, but it will be different. You take care of yourself and the kids. I hope that you and they are getting grief care.
