When I first opened this page, my intention was to just quickly flip through. I got caught up in your commentary though and really enjoyed your explanations of the how/why of each picture. There were many you said you didn't enjoy coloring that I found really lovely! Anyway, I enjoyed seeing your work...hoping someday I get some things half as terrific as yours. Excellent achievement and some awesome colour choices you’ve used. In particular the fine tech paint you used. Subtle and elegant. I’m of the same attitude regarding leaves. Seeing so many is overwhelming and you just think why am I doing this?!

Great job! Enchanted Forest is the first popular coloring book I bought, followed by Daydreams by Hannah Karlzon. Of the three Johanna Basford books I have, World of Flowers is my favorite followed by Johanna’s Christmas, then comes Enchanted Forest.

Well done for finishing the book, there are some lovely images in there. I know what you mean about leaves, I'm colouring a "green man" at the moment, and the leaves are becoming tedious! What I especially loved is the way you persevered, even with pages that weren't inspirational to you and at the end of it, you enjoyed the process and liked the result and you also found some new ways of doing it. I can't help thinking that is a lesson to me, not to be fainthearted in my approach. I have a copy of Enchanted Forest; will I also colour every page? I don't know, but maybe I should make more of an effort with all those dratted leaves!

Very Nice. For me the Enchanted Forest Coloring Book a bit like Tolkien's The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. I can associate many of the pictures in this book with Tolkien's world. I write that because I saw that you have a Lord of the Rings cup on your desk.
