I can't get over all the trash...why wouldn't you try to clean up a small, confined space? Burying trash doesn't get rid of the problem. All that trash is going to leech chemicals and plastics into the groundwater and water system.

So, only the lot they must be planning to build on gets partially filled? What about the foundation? The rest of the flood is the other person’s responsibility, I guess. I was waiting to see where the water and trash were going….still there. Football stadium sized cesspool…They need trash bins everywhere and maybe they’ll use them. 🙏🏻

Воду вонючую нужно было сначала откачать, убрать мусор, а потом это грязное место засыпать. The stinking water had to be pumped out first, the garbage removed, and then this dirty place had to be filled up.

Geez you guys have a lot of open sewer pits/flooded land that needs to be filled in. Have no idea where you get all the stone/rock and soil/sand from to get the projects completed, but well done anyway.
