I use alcohol to activate all my waterbased media, and it doesn't bleed, even on thin Amazon paper. The only time I've had bleed through was on Amazon paper when I did like four or five layers of color over and over as a test to see how far I could go before it would happen. It's so strange that it only did it on that one flower. Could there have possibly been some alcohol ink left in the blender, or did you do multiple layers over and over? Perhaps it was the pencils... I don't own graphitint so I've never tried that, they are very fugitive so I've never purchased them...maybe the pink has some sort of dye in it to make it brighter? I've seen that in pink watercolor before. I have used museum aquarelle, albrecht durer, derwent watercolor, inktense, neo 2, mondeluz, goldfaber, and supracolors. I've used copic blender, ohuhu blender, and straight 90% alcohol. I am sorry you had bleed through.

Thank you for your feedback 🥰 I suppose the bleedthrough was because of the pink graphitint pencil, because I also never had that before with any other pencil or book.

Anja Did you day you use Water based markers?If so which do you use please🪷

I have different ones that I all love to use, like the Pitt artist pens or the tombow dual brush pens. For the God Jul page I used my new Ohuhu color markers, they come in a large set and are very inexpensive 😊
