My favourite MKWii item has to be the shock. When no one gets a dodge or not many people get one and you get to tear through everyone in the race, it’s amazing. Not to mention timing your shock adds a good amount of skill to the game, trying to drop foes ahead of you into the abyss or whatever. Shocks can also be stellar when you get a shock dodge yourself, feels so good.

Some of my favorite items are the Mega Mushroom because of the music plays, sadly it doesn't in tour and the other one is the blue shell, I like the wings but time changes but still will be my favorite version

There was one BAM! Shock dodge in this video at 8:31. There was also one Blue Shell dodge at 4:15. Shock Dodge wetstreak: 1 Lady Luck was not on Nick's side. I feel bad for him. I am also worried that this Flounderfest is getting too far one-sided; I hope Nick can catch up starting next week.

I like most of the items in this game. Wii has probably the largest pool at its point in the series aside from the arcade games and Double Dash. I've always liked the Fake Item Box, though. It's a neat concept for an item, looks cool in red *and* blue, and hits harder than a banana. Too bad it can't block shells like one, though...
