I always find this kind of comment interesting. You've never known the man or his family and have never had a relationship with him behind the camera. Yet you've made a judgement on his character, and I have no doubt you believe what you say 100%. Did you know that this is how you make sheeple? You see things on a screen. You've never met them. You've only seen controlled public media released only by the party you're watching. Yet, you've come to that very conclusion. Nothing against you friend. I just wanted to have an exercise in enlightenment :)
@markleibold12612 жыл бұрын
@@thedevilsadvocate3710 I have been thinking about what you have typed. I agree that judging someone from only media that they release is a bit silly. However, you can't fake the look in Meredith's eyes when she looks at Matt. You can't fake the way the kids run to him and tell him about all the things that go on in their day. Between this series, Demolition Ranch and Off the Ranch there is so much footage of the family interacting. I just don't think you can fake it that long. If he did that's incredible. Additionally, there are things that Matt could leave in his videos that he doesn't. He protects his family in that way. As much as I agree with you, as a rule of thumb, I think that the OP is correct in his assesment.

@@markleibold1261 Not to mention his dad’s videos, Out on the Ranch”, which gives us a glimpse of how he raised his boys, Matt, Mark, the other brother and sister. They really do seem like a wonderful family that was raised with values and a love of the outdoors. Not only are they veterinarians but they can build, weld and fix almost anything that is broken. It takes a lot of patience and determination to accomplish what Matt and Meredith did, heck she was very involved in some of the physical work with the nail gun.

@@thedevilsadvocate3710 normally I’d agree with you, but I think the way his family reacts-those are emotions that are VERY hard to fake. Especially the kids’ reactions. With countless celebrities and famous people on the internet, it’s pretty easy to see who’s posing for the internet and who’s actually being real. And out of those celebrities I’d easily say Matt is someone to look up to, based off what we see. I don’t think he would be as successful as he his if it was all fake. I know you’re playing the devils advocate hence your name, but I’d like to think Matt is one of the exceptions. Obviously that line of thinking can be dangerous, especially if you put someone on a pedestal and then some dark revelation is revealed about them. I think those “family” channels are all acted-you can tell those kids are forced to be in them. With these videos it never really seems that way and his kids look like they’re genuinely having fun.

Yea I hadn't watched the first few on release as I knew they'd be a series but as soon as I was furlough in the pandemic I binge watched and then watched on release, amazing series. I know it's personal but I'd love to see a walk through of your house now it's "lived in" as well as any other snags like the swimming pool issues. I'm not sure if you had any footage but it'd be interesting to see some more time-lapse style footage of the finishing bits, I understand why you didn't do them yourself and didn't film them but it'd still be interesting, also watching you and mere doing things like changing a light in your old house was so entertaining it'd have been great to see you assembling furniture etc 🙈

Thanks for all the years of amazing content! I can honestly say that you are the 1 person I've continued to religiously follow on KZbin. Don't think I have missed a single video since day 1. I pray continued blessings for you and your family and keep up the amazing work!

The project completing honestly felt like a TV show that I religiously watched, ended. I had watched every episode since you uploaded the video announcing you bought an abandoned mansion. Now I'm constantly wanting more renovation videos of this caliber, of which there are few

Best part of the series was this video strictly based off of how much Mere's attitude changed towards the project. This was an amzing series to watch. Loved every bit of it!

This was incredible. I fell off the series in 2020 when everything went insane and my life totally changed and I didn’t have KZbin time anymore. Seeing it all from start to finish is incredible. You really have built the ultimate dream home.

I remember watching these when they came out and you saying how long its going to take to be finished. I said to myself "I'll be in college and already half way through by the time this house is finished". At the time I couldn't imagine that, but here we are and time sure does fly. Thank you Matt for all of the videos you have put out. You're amazing!

You got a lot of views and likes from this entire project. WE NEED MORE. I would honestly love a video of you walking around the entire property with random thoughts of what you've wanted to do more with the house and the surrounding areas and what plans are in the works or what plans were scratched or just random it'd be cool to do that. THAT WOULD DEFINETLY BE AMAZING!

Magnificent! What skills! Amazing video. Thanks for sharing. My favourite part is when the house is just starting to take shape and the family can see that the end is in sight and start enjoying their new home. Great video, great home, great family.

The transformation that this house has undergone is absolutely phenomenonal! Matt and Mere, the emotional roller coaster ride you've been on with this project can't be understated and it has been an absolute privilege to felt like we've been on this journey with you and your family, so thank you for having us come along for the ride. God bless you all from London, England!

hello Matt, i just want to say i have been watching ur videos for like 4 years now especially off the ranch, I enjoy watching you deal with everyday life especially during the earlier times when you Jake, Mere and Stephen were just starting bunker branding, the times when you are doing your construction ranch projects, and the adventures you and your kids have along the way. I just want to say it has been an honor watching your abandon mansion series, really enjoyed the whole process. More power to you and your family. God bless

This place is such a big blessing from god and, to see you work so hard to build this from the ground up and now, you can grow old in it is just amazing. I was almost in tears for you and your family because its so joyful. Something about building your own house just hits so much harder then buying it already build. I am so amazingly grateful that god has given you this and i am extremely happy for you and your family. May god keep blessing you and i am really excited to see what god does for your with your resort renovation, with much love, this guy lol.

Hey Matt! I have been watching this series before when you guys were just joking about maybe trying to put in an offer. I introduced you to my dad who became very intrested and an avid watcher, always excited when a new video came out. Unfortunatly he passed away last year and wouldn't be able to see it to completion, but I know he would have been so stoked to see all the progress you and your family have done. Congratulations on your home! It's beautiful and you gotta appreciate that view! Thanks Matt!
