Hey Deadpool! love you lots and this was definitely one of the upper ends of pancakes I've had but let me give you a few tips: first mix all of your liquids and solids separately! then when you mix them together add the powdered stuff slowly and mix thoroughly! preferably through a small strainer so there will be absolutely no clumps of flour!!! and when you're frying them you have to remember don't touch it till you see the sides bubbling! and as for the other side wait about half the time it took you to cook the first one
