If I was 20 years younger I’d be your neighbor. Everything you are doing is what I wanted to do a long time ago. Now that I’m too old, I can at least watch you two kids and enjoy seeing all of your hard work, sacrifice, and planning come to fruition. Your channel is what KZbin is supposed to be about. And that, Melissa, is why I worked construction for most of my life -- nearly forty years -- because you can step back, look at what you've actually accomplished -- especially if you do "pretty" work -- and say ahhhhhh. So satisfying.

That's what I call safety first! The railing is sturdy enough to stop one running and crashing into it. Good job! The wise old saying is experience is the best teacher. Kudos! Now the stair railing and done! The teenage pics were so cool. When dad was alive, we took pics, but, we have no recordings of him. I've made sure not to make that mistake. DVDs may become obsolete, but like VCR tapes, they will transfer. Vlogging your journey will mean a lot to you in 20, but will be a priceless treasure for your children in 40 years! Their kids will never forget grandpa and grandma! They will forever be grateful to you for the videos, as am I and the million followers of the Suza family!👍❤

I run a miter saw ( chop saw) for a living. If you use the clip on the side of the saw to make it stay in one place and not go back and forth you will have nicer cuts. It is faster. Much less splinters. The only time you need it unclipped is if you're doing big boards I have not seen you do a big board that calls for that in any of your videos. Not trying to analyze just trying to help.
