6:42 - idk if this is the case, but sometimes those are scam calls administered by a bot. These bots call you and check if you pick up. If you do, they know that the number is active and then the actual scammers will start to call you. Probably a stretch and you're fine, but just incase stay aware.

For future reference HW I suggest getting buso haki on your sukuna since it has domain expansion that kills all the NPCs in the desert twice over you can use flame arrow as well the possibly kill the third Spawn the curses giving you about 10 plus chest for each domain and to make it go by faster you could just reset it is recommended that you have buso haki on when you use domain expansion

For HW5567 when those impact frames happend after the bd of tusk act 4, it had killed the NPC mid way making the impact frames thinking it still needs to come and had happened that’s why the star appeared and then the character.
