+nithyananda I came to you after i bought the completion process from Teal Swan. I heard that it originally stems from you and you provide a more pure and more practical version. Now I stumbled upon this video - feels great to listen to somehow. But is there really a video where is explained how to complete oneself and there is not just talked about completion but how to actually achieve it? Thank you for your insights.
