In the first case the IVUS shows ML diameter of 3.00 so How come after Balloning with 3.0 NC should anyone go with IVL?! 3.5 NC could do the job perfectly may be ratherthan going with a 4K$ device? The strategy should be reproducible in different scenario in different places and to meet economic needs - which is important as well - ?! So after this webinar if anyone saw these two cases in his own practice, I would doubt to do the same they did!
