I get why you'd think it on the maxilla at least but this is where he's at despite fluoride trays and recare..... this is result of Gerd secondary to gastric surgery and is not going to improve so trying to save teeth is going to cost big money to only delay the inevitable

I’m a great fan of your work! Ever been. Sorry to say that the mouth of this patient was butchered, he had super great teeth. In Italy such a mouth is considered a luxury in terms of workability

Sure you could do Crowns, but look at the crowns hes gotten done....all rampant with decay and need to be extracted. So im sure it would look good for 3-5 years then decay again, no amount of education will change the route this train is heading.

@daviddudleck9060 this is result of Gerd secondary to gastric surgery and not treatable..... pt was committed to recarel, fluoride trays, etc and yet the decay continued so conventional dentistry won't fix this
