Complex PM is an important topic is our complex world. However, It is disappointing when material is used without referencing the author. I authored this complex PM in 1996 and published through the Australian Government the Complex PM competency standards in 2006. The book referred to in the video is by Kathleen Hass, and the book appropriately references my pioneering work.

I was thinking the same thing myself. I could be wrong but that definition of a project is a "temporary endeavor...." struct me as some I read word for word. 1:20.
