My worry is that the younger generations are always the most powerful yet the easiest to influence. I'm worried the power will be misguided towards a path that's hard to come back from. Even if something sounds good to you please always consider all sources and sides of the subject before making your own choices, never because someone just told you so.

MsFears shes the one individual on the panel who has some substance but also has the intelligence, critical ability along with the popularity and platform to actually reach “leader of generation z” status. However, she’s how do I put it... she has all this potential, she reads, she got into Harvard... but she’s a victim of the generation z “no rules/ no boundaries ” mentality that has created the rebellious anti religious society we have now. As a result I wouldn’t consider her a leader personally (I’m part of her generation to a degree 3 years older or so).
@futurekillerful5 жыл бұрын
MsFears MsFears also knowledge wise from what I can tell from her on this panel... and the big one that had Will Smiths son Jaden smith on it, as well as the books she mentions she reads. Knowledge wise she’s limited, like it seems like she only reads and knows about race/diversity issues. . She doesn’t know or read about law, politics, economics, or even let’s say a climate change which is essential if you want to truly understand race issues to the fullest. But still she’s the most impressive person there and the one person who I can see being a quote on quote “leader of this generation”. She’s got the platform just has to continue to equip herself she’s a freshman in college so she has time

0:27 Nooo. Why do you think there's a push for younger voters to vote and get interested in politics. It's just that the ones who do vote are a lotmore engaged. But that's a lot of young people.
@futurekillerful5 жыл бұрын
Tbh you could say some of the panelist are misinformed on particular issues... but one thing you can’t deny is that some of them are indeed what you would call “activist” and that is kinda the first stage of becoming a leader of this generation nowadays.

@futurekillerful5 жыл бұрын
SparkXenon eh I would say they are just very young is all. Yara has potential to be that but again none of these people have graduated from college yet so they aren’t polished and as knowledgeable as they have the potential to be once they go to/ graduate college. There isn’t a great mind of Gen Z right now is my point. The previous generation is leading the way right now... it’s not our time yet.

its good to see educated younger people.. knowledge is power... to be honest a good bit of young people are kinda rude and have zero respect.. they are so self righteous they are willing to compromise morals and integrity to get a point across.. they are so good at reciting rhetoric that they don't know how to shut up.. their opinions and views mean so much more than anyone else's, also very judgmental... stubborn as a mule, no work REAL work ethic, to impressionable, no real backbone.. i love them all.. i just feel like they need to work more on being people and not COMPUTERS. they will come in your house and not speak, will walk past like you should speak to them IN YOUR HOUSE... KUDOS FOR DOING YOUR HOMEWORK AND THE EXTRA CREDIT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... turn your phone and computer off for a month, walk up to random people and start a conversation.. like this if u remember life before the internet, and phones, and everything being so instant.... we used to have to get up and go places to learn shit and be smart . we used to dream of everything at our fingertips.. AND IM NOT MAD AT THEM FOR UTILIZING THEIR RESOURCES... but there should be a class called fucking PEOPLE SKILLS ..

Damn I’m 23... one of the youngest millennials and borderline gen z... but I got the mentality of a gen x 😂😂 see, whenever you identify as a member of a group, you consciously or unconsciously associate many attributes of that group onto yourself... if many gen z or other arbitrary generation labels never heard of that group, would you think that they would have that same mentality?

Musa’s Descendant the era that you grow up in affects the person that you become as well. It’s not about being part of a group. I’m 19 gen z whatever idc about that. Me being gen z doesn’t make me associate myself with others in the same age group inappropriately. Bottom line is that different eras make different people. Being 19 today is different from being 19 50 years ago which is why we have generations. I’m 19 and just cooling. When my grandpa was 19 he was getting married. Society changes with time.

@@bigstunna2049 I mean it's a harmless label. It just there to say what year you were born between (1996 - 2010 generally). Also I don't see the issue people have with being able to express identity. It's kind of hypocritical. Everyone whether they want to admit it or not expresses some sort of association to a group. In these times it can overbearing as shit to obsess identity. Even the people who criticise identity politics ironically associate themselves with an identity.
