UNWATCHABLE. I was looking forward to this game all day. PGL production is embarrassing. Constant audio issues every few minutes (the camera on one player but the audio playing from another part of the map, repeating commentary when going to replays), player video reactions not synchronized, but the real problem is this unbearable casting. This is the biggest NA game in months and you have no casters from the Americas covering this. Why are we listening to european terms and callouts with such heavy accents? You couldn't find any casters from the Americas? You had to import this """"talent""""? this caster has a painful, hoarse, irritating voice; they have no business being a professional commentator and i cannot believe you'd subject your viewers to this. I'm watching this match on another channel in a language i barely understand, i just came here to express how disappointed i was. i hope you fix your production for the actual major, or i hope you never get another one.

also, don't put spoilers in the chapters, and this hud is pretty bad too: you don't need to stop showing team info to "focus" in on 1v1s; it doesn't add anything it just gets confusing when you're moving hud elements around. "players remaining alive" is standard for CS but missing here too. all of these problems are nothing compared to that caster's hoarse voice.
