For anyone who doesn't know the character in the picture is Ken kaneki from Tokyo ghoul. (main character) he got involved in an incident and had some organs of a ghoul transferred into his own body. Now he's become a half ghoul and has to rely on human flesh to survive. I recommend watching the first season it's really good but they fucked up the rest of the series so after that only the Manga will provide you with decent information and quality about what is really going on in the story.
