As for this episode, it couldn't be more timely for me. My grief has become most complicated, even 2 years later. My quality of life is low. My difficult ability to function hampers my day to day. The heavy sadness is alienating . You explaining then commenting on each point one by one is so helpful. Written verbal narrative gets so jumbled during grief. So, thank you for that format. You have a way of presenting intimidating and triggering information as safe and absorbable. Keep doing what you're doing. ❤
