My mom has undergone this surgery 10 days back and still her vision is blurry she can't see anything few feet away. Would it be because of wrong lens implant?

Most of the time, doctors are never that careless about lens implants. So you need not worry about that. However, she should get her eyes checked. There can be some complications of the surgery that could lead to the blurry vision she is experiencing.

I've got that problem too. Posterior capsular opacification. It's fixed by YAG Laser treatment.
