Hi Chad, Thanks for your question. Our previous model the GC1000 Mark II had a keyboard operated display and less hardware configuration possibilities. The GC8000 has a 12 inch color touch-screen and more flexible combinations of oven components.

new products, not very stable, why most customers like to chose ABB PGC5000 or SIEMENS MAXUM edition II, not GC8000?

Yep they are very unreliable, we have 2 units full of these and we are about to switch them all to maxim 2, mainly because of the hrvoc uptime we have to keep above 95%, and we are only at 88%, which has caused some heavy fines!
