A chord can be played in a hundred different ways on the harp to match with the emotion you want to create with it. Here are just a few examples of how to treat harmonic textures on the instrument.

Those really long arpeggios across multiple octaves are the ones I like.

Thanks. This is helpful to me. I'm not musically trained but have music in my head. I dabble in orchestral music with MIDI apps. When writing for instruments I've never touched, I struggle with not knowing what's typical or even realistic for a skilled player. I try to write things that might one day be played by someone!
