I am taking biochemistry and organic chemistry course through on-line in the university but the university does not provide any video lectures. They only provide website, so I have a difficulty to understand theories by myself. Your lecture is easy and very understandable. Very very impressive lecture...Ridiculously I paid the university for the courses, but I learned these courses from your lectures free of charge. Have a wonderful day and I am always excited with your lectures.

Thank you! Your video lectures are super helpful! However, I just wanted to point out that you stated the two sugars (ribose and deoxyribose) contain 6 carbon atoms, but when comparing, you mentioned 5 carbon atoms because they are pentose sugar molecules.

as the negative charge of phosphate group repel the coming nucleophile the how the absence of oxygen atom in ribose stabilize the DNA...?

you said the sugars contain 6 C atoms but only counted 5. maybe you caught that mistake already, thought I'd point it out if not
