for those complaining about the audio it clears up at about 6:00. To summarise what he was getting at in those first 6 minutes, he set up the triangles for the geometric proof of sin(alpha + beta) and explained why the same logic you would apply to 5(10 + a), e.g the distributive property, cannot be applied to trigonometric functions because the results will be off.

At 16:20 the prof seems to imply that this is an identity, but surely the proof shown here only proves that this is true for acute angles (since it depends on the construction of right angles triangles)?
