Very impressive stuff. AFAIK Photoshop has nothing like this when it comes keeping masks non-destructive and being able to combine them like that. Mind blown!

It would had been very helpful, if you had provided the assets so we can follow along with you.

I like all the tutorials you do. But as a total beginner, I would have wished to have the original file you work on. In this way, we could learn by doing along your tutorial because it's getting sophisticated to just watching the video. Would it be possible to share the *.afphoto file on a link like dropbox or something like that? It would improve the learning by doing experience.

Is that new in v2?

I congratulate you for the new tutorials where the image of the person who is explaining does not appear, since this image distracts and covers part of the program's interface. Congratulations!

Another superb vid that any 10 year old with a PhD in advanced astro graphics for physicists can follow along to. I guess all of us in the cheap seats with v1.xx can't use any of this then ?????

This is not available in Affinity Photo. The video is about AP V2.

Needs better explanation. I get the main concept but don't understand why you are doing some of the steps in this video. Yes, I'm a novice.

I'm the same I'm afraid. James is brilliant but I do find his tutorials very complex and difficult to follow.
