You are the best English teacher I’ve ever met. In my previous learning experience, I would always translate English into my native language, but when I watched this video, I didn’t do that at all

Wow, thank you! 😃 I made these videos so that people can easily understand and acquire English without translation, so I'm very glad to hear this video gave you the experience of understanding English in English.

Great video ! Feels like being back at Aua Thai again ;) I think most people don't realise how much valuable such content is for beginners in English. We need more of these Do you have a specific structure to follow in order to make a comprehensible input video? Rules to follow, general guidelines, great tips, etc? Maybe a video that teaches how to make a comprehensible input video for beginners would be a great addition to this channel too, for those of us who think of creating some as well in the future. Keep it up and thanks again 👍

Thanks Dom! I'm trying a lot of different things with this channel and I don't think that there's one specific structure that must be followed. One thing you'll find in common across many of the videos though is that I try to provide a lot of meaningful repetition of language in various ways at different levels. For example, in this video I am first talking about what I will do and what I will need to do it using drawings, then I actually do it and talk about what I'm doing as I do it, then I talk about what I just did using drawings. Many of my videos have at least a review or recap where I go over everything again. A general principle for comprehensible content for beginners is to have the language and visuals work closely together, so moment by moment I am showing what I'm talking about and talking about what I'm showing. I plan to create videos to explain some of the things I'm doing in these videos, either for this channel or for my other channel: kzbin.info.

Yo Kristian, what's up! Incredible content! I think you're doing an amazing job with this videos, and I would like to give you a feedback, if you don't mind... I think that besides the visual and language working closely, and the meaningful repetition, you could invest in the "human factor", you know I mean, when you touched the coffee filter and realised that it was hot, when you said that you couldn't drink it because it was late, or also in that fruit video, when you told about your favorite kind of fruit and why you like it, this makes totally difference, at least for me xD I think that by making this videos more "human", in the sense of improvised situations, or personal preferences, it brings more reality to the situations and makes us think more about what we can relate to or not, how we would act, and that kind of reflection that makes the understanding deeper Thanks for this material, you're making such a big difference in many people lifes and I hope you can do more

I really appreciate your observations and encouraging feedback! As I make more videos I will try to keep in mind the "human factor" as you call it and include more of those kinds of comments and improvisation whenever I can.
